About the author

In May 1975, I received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics from the University of Arizona. Upon graduation, I joined my husband in the Philippine Islands where he worked as a Registered Nurse and Air Force officer. My husband died in 1980, when I was 26 years old. Overnight, I became the sole parent of a child who was called upon to face his own deep loss. The subsequent deaths of my father, my brother and my aunt provided additional exposure to profound loss. The bereavement was unique for each relationship. My first book, All in the All: One Path Toward Wholeness, included journal excerpts that revealed my healing journey.

As an extension of my personal grief work, I chose to attend graduate school at Oklahoma State University in clinical psychology. My doctoral research on perceptual blindness was featured in several articles in refereed journals as well as at regional and national conventions. With my Masters and Doctorate in Psychology, I have taught undergraduate psychology courses, worked with diverse treatment modalities and in psychological testing. I have participated in and taught multiple book studies and dream groups.

Before All in the All was published, I developed Cup of Wholeness: Sips of Inspiration. Set I has one hundred inspirational cards which are quotes from the book. These cards are the size of business cards and are packaged in cups. They can be used for daily direction. Set II is an additional one hundred and thirty quotes and can be packaged in cups or bags. The bags are entitled Bag of Riches: Inspirational Gems. Both sets serve as a sampling of the All in the All.
